These terms apply to everyone who uses Sharks Affiliate — marketers, suppliers and fulfillment clients. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

1. Your account

• Give correct information and keep your password safe. You are responsible for everything done from your account.

2. Marketers

• You sell the products listed on the platform at your own price within the allowed range.
• A commission is earned only on orders that are delivered and completed. Cancelled or returned orders have no commission.

3. Suppliers and fulfillment clients

• You are responsible for the quality, legality and description of your products, and for keeping your stock information correct.

4. Fees and payouts

• The platform’s fees and percentages are shown in your panel. Payouts are sent to the details you provide after the orders are completed.

5. Not allowed

• Fake or duplicate orders, misleading customers, illegal or prohibited products, and any attempt to harm the service or other users.

6. Suspension

• We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or harms customers or partners.

7. Liability

• We work to keep the service available and accurate, but we are not responsible for delays or losses caused by shipping companies or by services outside our control.

8. Changes to these terms

• We may update these terms. Continuing to use the service means you accept the latest version.
